Cancellation Policy
Full refund with 48 hours notice. No refunds for bookings made within 48 hours. No-shows charged full price. If you are more than 5 min late, you will be charged an additional hour per item. Operator may reschedule only for life threatening weather/conditions.
FAQs
Your SUP will be dropped off between 8am and 10am on the date of your booking.
If delivery runs behind due to other deliveries, the operator will call you. If this happens, your 24-hour rental time starts when they drop off your rental.
Free delivery and pick up is available on rentals of 2 days or more to Whitefish, Kalispell, Bigfork, Somers, and Lakeside.
