- Minors ages 8–15 require a parent or guardian-signed float plan and an adult 18+ on the water at all times
- Minors ages 16–17 require a parent or guardian-signed float plan
- Have all party members sign the waiver before arriving to pick up rentals
- Return your board by the reserved time; a $30 late fee per boat applies for returns more than 15 minutes late and is not included in the listed price
- Expect a $20 no-show fee for Season Pass holders; it is not included in the listed price
Cancellation Policy
Full refund when you cancel at least 48 hours before your reservation. No refund for cancellations within 4 hours or no-shows. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
