Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled tour for a refund minus $100; the 6% online booking fee is nonrefundable. No refund for cancellations within 24 hours. Full refund for unsafe weather cancellations if the activity cannot be rescheduled and both parties agree.
