See the best of Palm Beach on a premium cruiser-style e-bike with a local guide leading the way. After the guided ride, keep your e-bike for an extra hour for lunch or a self-guided, leisurely spin with provided maps.
You must be able to demonstrate proficiency riding an e-bike; if you cannot safely operate it, the rental may be cancelled. Helmets are mandatory for riders under 18. Not recommended for people with mobility issues.
If weather impacts your ride, you will be contacted to rebook, reschedule, or adjust the start time. If the rental is cancelled due to weather, a full refund is issued. For parties under 6, full refund with 48 hours notice. For groups of 6 or more, full refund with 72 hours notice. Rescheduling is based on availability.
How early should we arrive for check-in?
Please plan to arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled start time to check in, get fitted for your e-bike and helmet, and complete a brief safety and e-bike operation orientation.
Where do we meet, and what parking options are available?
The meeting point is 510 Evernia Street, Unit B, West Palm Beach, FL 33401 (across from the West Palm Beach Brightline station). Limited free parking is available onsite, and parking is also available across the street at the Brightline parking garage at 511 Evernia Street.
Do we need to sign a waiver before riding?
Yes. An online acknowledgment of risk/waiver will be sent by email; signing before arrival can save time. Paper copies are available on arrival if needed, and each rider must sign.
What happens if it rains or there’s inclement weather?
If weather may affect your ride, the operator will attempt to contact the primary reservation contact the night before. If the ride must be cancelled due to weather, they will attempt to rebook or reschedule (including the same day) or, as a last resort, cancel for a full refund.
What are the age and height requirements?
Riders must be ages 15+ and at least 5 feet tall.
