Cancel 24+ hours before departure for a full refund. Less than 24 hours or same-day cancellations are charged in full and nonrefundable. Groups of 5+ require 48 hours notice; groups of 11+ require 7 days. Bookings within 24 hours of departure are nonrefundable.
