Itinerary
Prior to the event, you’ll choose two or three signature cocktails (or mocktails) for your class.
Your class instructor will arrive at your location 30-minutes ahead of time to get set up in your space. They will bring all non-alcoholic cocktail ingredients, dry goods, and bartending tools!
Your instructor will lead you through your chosen cocktails. They’ll also teach you valuable mixology tips throughout. The class is approximately one hour in length (or 90-minutes if you’re learning three cocktails.)
Your BarBees class instructor will clean up and head out with their supplies.

- Alcohol consumers must be 21 or older
- Bring the alcohol and ice needed for your class
- Any permits or licenses required by your event site must be in place before class begins
- Locations more than 30 miles from the city center may incur an additional fee not included in the listed price
- A credit card processing fee applies and is not included in the listed price
Cancellation Policy
Full refund with at least 30 days' notice. 50% refund with at least 10 days' notice. No refund with 10 days' notice or less. Full refund within 24 hours of booking, except bookings made fewer than 30 days before the event. A $200 rescheduling fee applies to time changes within 7 days.

A guest-count decrease within 7 days of the class does not reduce the final amount. An increase reported within 3 days of the class adjusts the final amount.
Instructor availability can vary by location and travel schedule. Your backup time may be used if your preferred start time is unavailable.
The service terms grant permission to use photos taken during the event for marketing, including advertisements, promotional materials, and social media.
