Captain Rachel has built a loyal following over many years, with numerous guests returning season after season since as far back as 2012. She knows Tampa Bay's inshore waters exceptionally well, consistently putting people on trout, redfish, snook, and Spanish mackerel even on tough fishing days. Her preparation stands out too, arriving with a full bait well and handling everything from baiting hooks to cleaning and filleting the catch. She's equally comfortable with seasoned anglers, first-timers, and kids, which makes her a solid choice for families or mixed-experience groups. Guests also appreciate her conservation mindset, using circle hooks and practicing catch and release when appropriate. The overall experience comes across as relaxed and fun, not just productive. If you're on the fence, the number of repeat customers here really does say something.
Chartered with Rachel this morning and had a great time. She was especially good with our 10yo on how to fish the spots for various varieties of fish. Would highly recommend Rachel for a family trip especially with little ones to make sure they catch fish
