Important details
- Available only to El Conquistador Resort guests
- Arrive 30–45 minutes before departure and allow time for the resort marina ferry
- Drivers must be ages 21+ and carry a valid ID matching the booking cardholder name, plus a valid license
- Passengers must be ages 9+
- Maximum individual weight is 250 lbs; combined passenger weight per Jet Ski must not exceed 350 lbs
- All participants must be able to communicate in English or Spanish
- Not available for pregnant travelers or those with recent surgery, epilepsy, dizziness, heart conditions, abnormal blood pressure, or neck, back, arm, or leg injuries or casts
- Alcohol or drug intoxication is not allowed; unsafe behavior ends the ride
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before the tour. Cancellations within 48 hours are charged in full and are not eligible for rescheduling or refunds.
