Important details
- Arrive 30–45 minutes before departure for check-in and training
- Available only to El Conquistador Resort guests
- Drivers must be age 21+ and present a valid license and ID matching the booking cardholder name
- Passengers must be age 9+
- Maximum individual weight is 250 lbs, and combined passenger weight per Jet Ski cannot exceed 350 lbs
- Communicate in English or Spanish
- No participation under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- Not suitable for pregnancy, recent surgery, heart conditions, abnormal blood pressure, epilepsy, dizziness, or neck, back, arm, or leg conditions or casts
- Bring sunblock, a towel, and a dry change of clothes
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled tour. Later cancellations are charged the full amount, with no refunds or rescheduling. Some tours may be affected by weather.
