Cancellation Policy
Cancel or reschedule with 24-hour notice before scheduled check-in time. If you book within 24 hours of departure, you cannot cancel or reschedule. No-shows are charged full price. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
