Things to know
Ages 5+ can fly, and a parent or guardian must sign the waiver for minors. Single flyers may be paired with others to balance weight.
Cancellation Policy
All bookings are final and non-refundable. If weather prevents the activity from operating, you will receive a non-expiring voucher to reschedule (non-transferable). No refunds for cancellations due to weather, equipment failure, or change of mind.

No. Parasailing runs on a first-come, first-served basis. You’ll be added to the next available departure after you complete waivers and payment.
After about 3–4pm, trips often sell out or have 2+ hour waits, especially on weekends. Arriving earlier usually means shorter waits and smaller groups.
Bring a valid physical government-issued ID or passport. Apple Pay, American Express, digital/gift cards, and non-chip cards aren’t accepted.
