Families absolutely love this parasailing operation, with crew members Adam and Cole getting consistent shoutouts for making everyone feel comfortable and safe. First-timers mention being nervous but finding the experience way more fun than scary, while groups spanning ages 6 to 40+ all seem to have a blast. The instructors come across as friendly, professional, and genuinely good at putting people at ease while keeping safety front and center. The vibe is relaxed and personable, with crews treating guests like family rather than just another booking. Multiple reviewers call it a highlight of their vacation, praising how well the staff handles different age groups and experience levels. One minor hiccup involved a lost photo package that never got resolved despite follow-up attempts, so if you purchase photos, it's smart to make sure you have them before leaving. Overall though, the overwhelmingly positive feedback suggests you're in good hands for a memorable experience on the water.
I went with my family and was very excited. Unfortunately, one member of the group got violently ill. The team was very understanding and not only took us back sooner, but reimbursed those of us that did not go up.
