Parasailing is not available on Mondays. Minimum age is 5; minimum weight to fly single is 150 lb and maximum combined weight is 450 lb. Not suitable for pregnant travelers or people with mobility impairments, back problems, or serious heart conditions.
Cancellation Policy
Deposits are non-refundable. If you cancel within 24 hours of the start time, deposits can be applied to a new date. If you book within 48 hours, you have 1 hour after booking to cancel for a full refund. If Splash Time cancels for weather, reschedule or refund minus special/custom order costs.

FAQs
Bring a photo ID and the credit/debit card used to book. The reservation name must match your ID and the card, and the card must be signed. Staff will check your ID and may take a picture at arrival.
Wear quick-drying clothes and waterproof, non-slip footwear. Bring cash for gratuities (optional), and avoid bringing valuables.
