- Weight limit 275 lbs
- Athletic footwear required; Crocs, flip-flops, strapless footwear, sheer clothing, deep cleavage, cutoff shirts, and cutoff shorts are not allowed
- Not recommended during pregnancy or for travelers with heart problems or other serious medical conditions
- Follow captain safety instructions, remain seated while moving, and keep hands, arms, and legs inside the bike
- Consume alcohol responsibly; aggressive behavior, public intoxication, illegal substances, or safety violations can result in removal without refund
- Rides may be canceled when weather conditions are deemed unsafe
Cancellation Policy
Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 7 days before your scheduled ride. Cancellations within 48 hours of your ride are non-refundable.
