- Once your group has all arrived, we will meet you at the gate to Market Pier and escort you to the boat

- We will conclude the cruise back at the dock on Market Pier

- Arrive at least 10 minutes before departure with your ID and waiver confirmation
- Complete the waiver before arrival

- A $200 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit is required, and taxes and fees apply

- Cruises operate rain or shine and are canceled only when conditions are unsafe
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 15+ days before for a full refund less processing fees. Cancel 8–14 days before for a refund less the deposit and processing fees. No refunds or transfers within 7 days. If the operator cancels due to unforeseen circumstances, choose a full refund.

FAQs
Arrive at least 10 minutes before departure. If your party has not reached the dock and no notice is received within 30 minutes after departure, the cruise is terminated without a refund.
The bar area has a canopy. Your charter operates rain or shine and only cancels when conditions are considered dangerous.
