- Arrive at your scheduled tour time and allow 30–45 minutes for check-in
- Ages 10–17 require an accompanying parent or legal guardian and an approximate height of 54 inches
- Adults ages 18+ require a valid driver's license, passport, or ID
- Wear fully closed-toe and closed-heel shoes; Crocs, sandals, and open-back shoes are not permitted
- Complete a waiver before your scheduled tour
- Self-transport to and from base camp is required; shuttle pickup is unavailable
- A 3% credit-card processing fee applies and is not included in the listed price
- Participation is not permitted while under the influence of alcohol, marijuana, or other substances
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 72 hours before the tour for a full refund, except group tours of two or more vehicles. After the 48-hour grace period, rescheduling may be available without added fees. No refunds for no-shows, late arrivals, or denied participation due to intoxication or impairment. Tours operate rain or shine; weather-related cancellations are not refundable.
