Minimum age is 12+ or about 54 inches tall, and minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be canceled or rescheduled without a refund. Optional shuttle transport back to the Strip may be available at check-out for a small fee—confirm the amount with Greetwell before booking.
Cancellation Policy
Tours go out rain or shine unless otherwise noted due to extreme desert flooding or extreme heat. Cancel for a full refund up to 72 hours prior to tour date & time (except group tours: two or more vehicles). No refunds within 48 hours; no-shows charged full price.
