Important details
- Arrive 20 minutes early to check in and depart on time
- Complete a liability waiver before arrival and bring proof of completion with a valid state ID
- Wear comfortable shoes for pedaling
- Ride rain or shine; ponchos are provided when it rains
- Alcohol is allowed onboard only when every rider is 21+ and shows valid ID; otherwise, no alcohol is allowed onboard
- If bringing alcohol, limit it to 36 oz of beer or hard seltzer at 8% alcohol by volume or less, or one 18 oz boxed wine per rider
- Keep onboard alcohol on the wagon and finish it before the ride ends
- Do not bring personal coolers or unopened alcohol into partner establishments
- Expect up to a $200 charge to the card on file for public urination; removal, theft, or damage can also result in a $200 charge plus actual damages
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 2+ weeks ahead for a full refund. Within 2 weeks, no refund unless seats are resold. Day-of cancellations receive no refund and incur a $75 cancellation fee.
