Arrive 5–10 minutes before your start time. Arrivals more than 20 minutes late cannot complete the tour and are not eligible for a refund.
Wear closed-toe shoes for the canyon hike, and consider bringing sunglasses. Helmets and goggles are provided. Helmets are required for ages under 18, and all passengers must wear a seatbelt.
Sign a liability waiver before the tour departs the parking area. A waiver is required for all adult travelers and adults traveling with minor children.
