- Requires physical ability to board and disembark the boat at the marina
- Requires basic swimming skills and the ability to climb the boat ladder
- Safety equipment and the ladder are rated for travelers up to 300 lbs
- Life jackets are required for children ages 6 and under
- Ages 21+ only to consume alcohol on board; glass is not allowed
- Park one vehicle per boat on-site; use public parking for additional vehicles
- Shared passenger tours require at least 4 passengers to be confirmed

Cancel 72+ hours before departure without penalty. Cancel 25–72 hours before: 50% charge. Within 24 hours or for no-shows: 100% charge. You are a no-show if you arrive more than 30 minutes late. Receive a full refund if unsafe weather cancels the trip.
