Arrive 15 minutes early; the boat departs on time and late arrivals are not refunded or rescheduled. No glass containers are allowed onboard. Gratuity is not required; standard is 20%.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 72+ hrs before departure without penalty. 25–72 hrs: charged 50%. Within 24 hrs or no show: charged 100%. No show if more than 30 mins late. If operator cancels due to unsafe/inclement weather, a credit or full refund will be given; decision made at the marina at meet time.
