Cancellation Policy
Full refund 48+ hours before your rental; 50% refund 24–48 hours before. No refund under 24 hours or for no-shows. Full refund if the operator cancels for safety due to weather.

Check weather and water conditions before paddling. No small craft is advised during a high wind advisory or thunderstorm. Operations automatically close during NOAA Small Craft Advisories, Gale Warnings, Thunderstorm Warnings, or equivalent alerts.
