Cancellation Policy
Cancel penalty-free up to 48 hours after booking unless the event is within 14 days. 50% refunds for cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the event. No refunds within 14 days. If the operator cancels, you may reschedule, get credit, or receive a full refund.
FAQs
Pick up and return your bike rental during opening hours: Monday–Saturday 9am–6pm and Sunday 9am–5pm. The shop is closed daily from 2pm–3pm, and pick-ups and drop-offs are not accepted during that time.
Yes. You can pick up your rental at any time during operating hours on your booked date. You can’t return rentals when the shop is closed.
Bring a credit card; a temporary copy of your card information is taken for security. If you haven’t signed the waiver online, you’ll sign it when you arrive.
