Important details
- A $250 refundable security deposit is required and is not included in the listed price. Deductions apply for missing items, damage beyond normal wear, or excessive cleaning. Damage costs exceeding the deposit are billed separately.
- A rental agreement and liability release are required. You assume the risks of beach activities and responsibility for everyone using the equipment.
- Keep all equipment at the designated beach setup. Do not move, pack, sublet, or transfer it to anyone else.
- Keep umbrellas anchored and leave anchoring stakes in place. Keep open flames, fireworks, and glass containers away from the equipment.
- Keep equipment out of the water, except for coolers.
- Your rental ends no later than 10 minutes after sunset, even if the full rental period has not elapsed.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund minus a 3% processing fee. Cancellations under 48 hours incur a $75 fee. A rain forecast above 25% triggers a complimentary weatherproof bag. High winds activate safety protocols. Red tide conditions qualify for a full reschedule or refund.
