Itinerary
Prior to the event, you’ll choose two or three signature cocktails (or mocktails) for your class.
Your class instructor will arrive at your location 30-minutes ahead of time to get set up in your space. They will bring all non-alcoholic cocktail ingredients, dry goods, and bartending tools!
Your instructor will lead you through your chosen cocktails. They’ll also teach you valuable mixology tips throughout. The class is approximately one hour in length (or 90-minutes if you’re learning three cocktails.)
Your BarBees class instructor will clean up and head out with their supplies.
Important details
- Ages 21+ only
- Provide all alcohol and ice for the class
- Obtain any permits or licenses required by your event site; proof may be required before class begins
- Alcohol service may be refused
- A credit card processing fee applies and is not included in the listed price
- Additional travel fees may apply for locations more than 30 miles from the city center, except in NE Kentucky, Ohio, Michigan, and Southern Florida
- Instructor parking costs above $15 are not included in the listed price
- Edible rimming glitter-sugar is available for $20 per 20 drinks of the same color and is not included in the listed price
Cancellation Policy
Full refund with 30+ days' notice. Receive a 50% refund with 11–29 days' notice. No refund with 10 days' notice or less. Cancel within 24 hours of booking for a full refund, except for bookings made fewer than 30 days before the event. A $200 rescheduling fee applies to time changes within 7 days of the event.
