• For General Viewing, Penguin Plus and Underground admission-only tickets, ages 0–3 enter free and child tickets cover ages 4–15. Adult rates apply from age 16 for General and Underground Viewing.
• Penguins Premium requires ages 12+. Children aged 12–15 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
• The Guided Ranger Tour requires ages 12+.
• The Ultimate Adventure Tour requires ages 16+.
• The Guided Ranger and Ultimate Adventure tours are not recommended for wheelchair users or people with limited physical mobility.
• For Melbourne day tours, child tickets cover ages 0–15; adult rates apply from age 16.
• Photography and video recording are not permitted at the Penguin Parade or any penguin viewing option.
• For the Ultimate Adventure Tour, bring only a dark, non-reflective jacket if using your own.
• The Penguin Parade operates in all weather conditions.
