- Arrive 5 minutes before your appointment to check in and gear up
- Wear closed-toe shoes and a provided face shield at all times
- Complete the participant waiver before smashing; it can also be completed on arrival
- Ages 13+ recommended; children under 13 require parent or guardian supervision and are considered case by case
- A minimum $250 fee, not included in the listed price, applies for intentionally destroying permanent room fixtures
- Bring up to one 12 x 12 x 12-inch crate of approved personal smashables; extra crates incur a $13 disposal fee per crate
Cancellation Policy
Full refund with at least 48 hours' cancellation notice. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows are charged the full price.
