Cancellation Policy
Cancel 48+ hours before the tour for a full refund minus processing fees. Cancel 24–48 hours before for a 50% refund. No refund for cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows. Arrive 30 minutes early; late arrivals may lose the reservation without a refund. Tours may be rescheduled or refunded due to weather or unsafe conditions.
