Cancellation Policy
Reschedule up to 72 hours before launch time. No refunds for later rescheduling. Returns more than 5 minutes late are charged $5 per additional minute. If the operator cancels due to inclement weather or poor river conditions, reschedule or receive a full refund if rescheduling is not possible.
