Cancellation Policy
Reschedule up to 72 hours before launch; later changes receive no refund. Late arrival reduces rental time. Returns more than 5 minutes late incur $5 per additional minute. If weather or river conditions cancel your rental and it cannot be rescheduled, receive a full refund.
