- A Pennsylvania boating safety education certificate is required for operators born on or after January 1, 1982
- Bring a valid photo ID
- A valid credit card is required for the damage deposit
- Complete a liability waiver before leaving the launch site
- Participate in boat inspections at check-in and check-out
- Expect charges for any damage, including propeller damage, if you provide the damage deposit
- Allow only rental-agreement signatories to operate the pontoon
- Do not operate the pontoon under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- Leave stoves and grills ashore
- Rental eligibility is subject to safe-operation qualification; a supervisor or driver may be required

Cancellation Policy
Reschedule up to 72 hours before launch. Later changes are not refunded. Arriving late reduces your rental time. Returns more than 5 minutes late incur a $5-per-minute charge not included in the listed price. If the operator cancels due to weather or river conditions, reschedule or receive a full refund if unable to reschedule.
