Things to know
One paddler per stand-up paddleboard (SUP), up to 210 pounds. Ages 13–17 require a parent or guardian to sign an Acknowledgement & Assumption of Risk Form.
Cancellation Policy
If severe weather shortens your rental by more than 30 minutes, you will receive a full refund or can move your booking to a future date. Refunds are credited to the payment method in 3 to 5 standard business days. If canceled due to weather or water conditions, you will be alerted by email and text.

Wear comfortable clothing for the weather that can get wet. Bring sun screen and a reusable water bottle. Don’t bring anything that’s irreplaceable, and note that Venture Outdoors isn’t responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
