Plymouth Giant Bluefin Tuna Fishing Charter

Pursue giant bluefin tuna using tactics that respond to conditions on the fishing grounds. Live mackerel may be jigged en route before fishing by stopping, drifting, anchoring, or trolling.

• Fish with live bait or trolling spreads as conditions dictate
• Bring food, soda, water, rain gear, layers, sun protection, and a small cooler for your catch
• Pack beer or wine only if bringing alcohol; glass bottles, small liquor bottles, and hard liquor are not allowed
• Wear non-marking shoes
• Leave all banana items behind, including banana sunscreen and banana bread

Know before you go

• Children age 12 and under must bring and wear a personal life jacket
• Giant bluefin trips are unavailable Fridays, Saturdays, and Tuesdays due to National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) fishing restrictions
• Tuna measuring more than 73 inches are retained and sold as market fish; legally sized tuna under 73 inches are filleted or steaked for you
• Intoxication and disorderly behavior are not permitted; unsafe or intoxicated passengers may be required to wear a life jacket, and the captain may end the trip without a refund
