Itinerary

Departing from Utica’s Union Station passengers will travel to the North Pole. All while being served hot chocolate and cookies. When you arrive at the North Pole, Santa will board the train, to give the first gift of Christmas. Santa will visit with each family, and hand each passenger a Silver Bell, just like in the book or movie!

Important details

• Bring your booking confirmation or ID to collect your tickets.
• Wheelchair access is limited by a maximum door opening width of 26 inches. Measure your wheelchair before booking.
• Seating is assigned. First-class tables and coach sections seat 4, and you may share seating with another party.
• Keep your tickets and ticket envelope ready; both are required to board.
• Smoking, electronic cigarettes and vaping are prohibited aboard the train.
• You consent to incidental use of your image in recordings or displays of the event.
• You accept the risks associated with the ride and agree that management, staff and performers are not liable for related injuries.
• Follow crew instructions and train policies. Disorderly conduct or failure to comply may result in refused admission or removal.
• Arrive at least 60 minutes before departure. Ticket pickup is available only on the day of your trip, starting 1 hour before departure.
