Important details
- Minimum age to rent: 25.
- Drivers must be 18 or older with a valid driver's license. Drivers carrying a minor passenger must be at least 25.
- Bring your driver's license and present it on your rental day. Without it, you cannot drive and your rental fee is forfeited.
- Passengers must be ages 8+ and able to grasp the handholds and plant their feet firmly on the floor while keeping their back against the seat backrest.
- Standard damage protection requires a $1,000 security deposit authorized at pickup, separate from the listed price. The full amount must be available. Damage charges are capped at this deposit, but retrieval and recovery charges apply separately. The hold is voided if the machine is returned without damage. Rental liability insurance is not included.
- Refuel the machine before returning it. Refueling costs are not included in the listed price.
- Ride from the rental location and return to the same location. Transporting the machine on a trailer is not permitted.
- Wear appropriate winter clothing and the supplied helmet while riding. Winter clothing is not included.
- Complete the liability waiver and rental agreement and watch the safety video before arrival.
- Arrive 30 minutes before your rental start time to get geared up.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations at least 2 weeks before arrival receive a deposit refund minus 5% of the total reservation. With satisfactory conditions, cancellations within 2 weeks forfeit the 50% deposit; within 48 hours, the remaining balance is also forfeited. Same-season rescheduling costs $25 per machine, subject to availability; otherwise, cancellation terms apply.
