Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before your rental. Full refunds are available with at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations 24–48 hours before the rental are not refunded. No refunds or cancellations are allowed within 24 hours. If the operator cancels due to unforeseen circumstances, receive a full refund or reschedule.

Delivery is available in South Beach Miami, Brickell, Wynwood, Bal Harbor, Sunny Isles Beach, Hallandale Beach, and Fort Lauderdale.
Your Slingshot rental is rescheduled only if there is more than a 60% chance of thunderstorms during your rental hours. Conditions are checked 30 minutes before your scheduled time. Cold weather does not qualify.
Use 93 premium gasoline when refueling.
