Cancellation Policy
Cancel the original charter at least 5 days before departure for a full refund. No refunds apply after the charter is rescheduled. No-shows, late arrivals after 30 minutes, and early finishes after launch forfeit the full charter amount. Receive a full refund if the operator cancels for unsafe weather or unforeseen conditions and the trip cannot be rescheduled.
