- Sign an agreement accepting responsibility for damages
- A $200 refundable damage deposit is required and is not included in the listed price
- Maximum 11 people or 1,100 pounds total
- Stay within the designated boating area
- Ensure everyone under age 16 wears a proper life vest while the boat is underway
- Keep the boat attended at all times
