Important details

• Ages 23+ to rent; ages 18+ to operate the boat
• Maximum combined passenger weight is 2,200 lbs; stay within the capacity posted on the boat
• Bring the credit or debit card used for booking to present when signing the rental agreement on the day of your rental
• You are responsible for property damage and personal injury costs not covered by insurance, including a $1,000 deductible. The agreement authorizes up to $800 in card charges in addition to $200 toward that deductible. These costs are not included in the listed price
• Sign the rental agreement and waiver before operating; every operator must sign
• Operate only between sunrise and sunset, and never under the influence of drugs or alcohol
