- Arrive 10 minutes before departure
- Ages 25+ only to rent or drive the boat
- Drivers need a valid driver's license; those born on or after July 1, 1996 need a boating safety certificate on board
- Up to two drivers may operate the boat
- A valid major credit card must remain on file, with a $500 hold per boat for damages and fuel
- Accept responsibility for 100% of rental damages
- Fuel is not included; $6 per gallon used is charged to your card after return
- Return the boat free of trash and put all supplies back in place
- Follow all no-wake signs and navigational buoys
- Late returns incur prorated charges based on the standard hourly rate

Cancellation Policy
Cancel 14 or more days before your reservation for a full refund less a 10% processing fee. Cancel 3–14 days before for a 50% refund. No refunds are available within 72 hours of your reservation. No-shows are charged in full.
