- A boating license is not required; complete on-site boating instruction if you do not have one
- Keep children age 13 and under in a life jacket at all times on the dock and boat
- Do not fish, crab, or beach the pontoon
- Stay between Longport Bridge and Garden State Parkway Bridge; pass under 9th Street Bridge only on the Somers Point side
- Return on time; late returns may incur additional charges not included in the listed price
- Accept responsibility for damage, loss, or negligence-related harm to the boat, gear, or equipment
- Follow New Jersey boating laws and posted safety instructions; unsafe operation may end the rental without refund

For non-weather cancellations, deposits are non-refundable; booking fees and no-shows are non-refundable. If unsafe weather prevents your trip after delay, adjustment, or rescheduling options are exhausted, you'll receive a 100% refund of your deposit; booking fees remain non-refundable.
