- Do not fish, crab, or beach the pontoon
- Stay between Longport Bridge and Garden State Parkway Bridge; pass under 9th Street Bridge only on the Somers Point side
- Return on time; late returns may incur additional charges not included in the listed price
- Accept responsibility for damage, loss, or negligence-related harm to the boat, gear, or equipment
- Follow New Jersey boating laws and posted safety instructions; unsafe operation may end the rental without refund
