- Arrive 30 minutes before your reservation for safety orientation; late arrival reduces your time on the water
- Renter must be age 21 or older; all drivers must be age 18 or older
- Bring a valid physical driver's license for every driver; photos and paper copies are not accepted
- Stay out of the Gulf and within the boundaries at Perdido Pass, Theo Baars, and Wharf bridges
- Do not use Ono Island Bridge as a boundary; violations incur a $500 fee
- Expect a fuel surcharge not included in the listed price
Cancellation Policy
Cancel or reschedule up to 48 hours before departure for a full refund. Within 48 hours, refunds are only available under the cancellation terms selected at booking. If bad weather occurs at departure, you may reschedule but will not receive a refund.
