Boat was great, ride was great, captain was great. Unfortunately due to the higher than expected wind and boat traffic we did not see any dolphins until we were walking off the boat. That being said....they did offer a voucher for a free cruise anytime in the future (no expiration date), which I feel was above and beyond so kudos for that. Our overall experience was decent at best given the wind and water situation. The one part that was beyond their control was the drunk dad who sat directly behind us and screamed and berated his two very small children for the entire boat ride. Have the children screaming and crying before we ever left the dock and he did not let up until we got back to the dock. I completely understand that everyone has their own idea of relaxing at the beach but on a "family" style cruise alcohol should not be allowed. There were several contemplations of shutting the man up ourselves. However we did figure this would cause a bigger problem for his two small already traumatized children.
