- Operators must be at least 18 and bring valid photo ID
- A Pennsylvania boating safety education certificate is required for operators born on or after January 1, 1982
- Watch the required boating safety video before your trip
- A valid credit card is required for the damage deposit
- Complete boat inspections at check-in and checkout
- Complete a liability waiver before departure; all passengers must sign
- Only rental-agreement signers may operate the boat
- Do not operate the boat under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- No stoves or grills are permitted on the pontoon
- An optional driver add-on costs $100 per four hours and is paid in cash before departure; it is not included in the listed price

Cancellation Policy
Reschedule up to 72 hours before launch. Later rescheduling receives no refund. Returns more than 5 minutes late are charged $5 per additional minute. If the operator cancels due to inclement weather or poor river conditions, reschedule or receive a full refund if rescheduling is not possible.
