Cancellation Policy
All reservations are final and non-refundable. Rescheduling is available with at least 48 hours' notice, subject to availability. Requests within 48 hours cannot be rescheduled or modified. If the operator cancels for safety, mechanical issues, or severe weather, reservations will be rescheduled to the next available time.
