Important details
- Arrive 10 minutes before your rental begins
- Ages 7–17 must be accompanied by an adult
- Bring at least one working cell phone per group and carry it in the provided dry bag
- Complete a required waiver before taking the water
- Stay within the designated Shore Zone unless your group meets the required proficiency standards
- For sea kayaks, at least one person in your group requires capsize-rescue skills to paddle beyond the Shore Zone
Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 48 hours before your rental for a full refund. Cancel 2–48 hours before for a 50% refund. No refund for cancellations less than 2 hours before. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather.

FAQs
Bring a working cell phone, non-cotton clothing, footwear that can get wet, a windbreaker or rain jacket, sun protection, and a water bottle. Carry the phone in the provided dry bag during your rental.
Use the public bathrooms and changing rooms during their limited open hours. Portable toilets are available when the bathrooms are closed.
