Drinking guests must be 21+ with photo ID. Swimming is at the captain’s discretion and not permitted after drinking. Baywatch is not ADA compliant; crew can assist with boarding when possible.

What is your cancellation policy?
14+ days: Full refund. 13 days–72 hours: 50% refund or gift card. Under 72 hours: No refund. Weather cancellations: Full refund.

What should we bring?
BYOB drinks, snacks, cups, towels, bathing suits, sunscreen, and a playlist. We provide ice, water, seltzer, a cooler, and Bluetooth speakers.

What happens if the weather is bad?
Trips don’t run in lightning, heavy wind, or heavy rain. If the captain cancels for weather, you receive a full refund. Weather calls are made close to departure.

Can we swim?
Yes, at the captain’s discretion with a signed swim waiver. No swimming after drinking. A large swim ladder is onboard.

Where do we check in?
In front of Saltwater at the Newport Harbor Hotel & Marina, 49 America’s Cup Ave. Arrive 10–15 minutes early.

Do you have a bathroom?
Yes, a small onboard bathroom.

What’s not allowed?
No balloons, confetti, streamers, or big liquor bottles. Avoid spray sunscreen on board. Wear stable shoes.
