- Follow the captain's and crew's directions. Do not operate the yacht or interfere with its operation.
- Smoking is prohibited indoors. Marijuana and illicit drugs are prohibited onboard.
- Return the yacht without damage or alterations. You are responsible for fines or penalties resulting from your actions.

Cancellation Policy
Cancel 30 days or more before your scheduled event for a full refund. Cancellations 14–29 days before the event may receive a 50% refund, subject to circumstances. Cancellations within 14 days of the event are non-refundable.
