Itinerary
Your experience begins at the IYRS waterfront, where you’ll meet your captain and crew before boarding Ladybird and getting settled with a brief safety orientation. We’ll sail through Newport Harbor, taking in classic yachts and historic landmarks before heading out into Narragansett Bay for smooth, private sailing with plenty of time to relax, enjoy your playlist, and soak in the views. Weather permitting, we can pause for a quick swim in a calm spot. After a relaxed sail back toward Newport, we return to the IYRS dock where you’ll disembark with great memories and photos from your private charter.

Important details
- Arrive 5–10 minutes early and wait for the crew before going down to the docks
- Children require parent or guardian supervision at all times
- Requires stepping down into the cockpit and moving around a sailing vessel
- Not stroller or wheelchair accessible
- Alcohol is permitted only for ages 21+
- Swimming requires comfort in the water, captain approval, suitable conditions, and a signed swim waiver
- Do not swim after drinking alcohol
- Follow all captain and crew safety instructions
- Expect the captain to modify the route or cancel the sail if weather conditions are unsafe
- Smoking and vaping are not permitted onboard
- Responsible alcohol consumption is required; unsafe behavior ends the sail early
Cancellation Policy
Full refund when you cancel at least 21 days before departure. Receive a 50% refund when you cancel 14–20 days before departure. Cancellations 13 days or less before departure are non-refundable. Full refund if the operator cancels due to unsafe weather.
