Cancellation Policy
Full refund if you cancel more than 9 days in advance. 50% refund if you cancel between 9 days and 48 hours before departure. No refund if you cancel less than 48 hours before departure. If the captain cancels, you can reschedule or get a full refund.

Yes. Everyone in your group must sign an Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver before boarding. If someone refuses to sign, they will not be allowed to board.
Plan to be ready to board 10 minutes before departure. Arrive earlier if you want time to park and use nearby restrooms.
Use on-shore facilities before boarding when possible. There is a marine toilet on board if you need it.
