Cancellation Policy
Cancellations more than 30 days before departure incur a 50% fee; within 30 days, 100%. Rescheduling is free more than 30 days ahead, subject to availability; within 30 days, a $200 fee applies. If the operator cancels for severe weather, mechanical issues or unforeseen circumstances, choose free rescheduling or a full refund within 15 business days.
